Pavlova..resepi pavlova

Assalamualaikum,

Alhamdullilah hari ini dah hari Jumaat. Tak lama lagi nak Ramadhan. Rasa macam semalam jer Ramadhan, tetiba datang lagi bulan yang mulia ini. Dan mudah-mudahan kali ini bolehlah berpuasa penuh dan lebih amalnyer berbanding ramadhan sebelum. Saya pula masih lagi menunggu respon dari Supervisors..hopefully they can manage to finalise my works before ramadhan so that I can finish my study earlier and can go back for good early and celebrate raya in Malaysia. That’s the moments I guess I could not await for and I believe those who wanders or at overseas might have the same feeling.

Alright, last night I have the opportunity to bake Pavlova. I dont know where come the ‘push’ and ‘pull’ to bake Pavlova. Maybe because I always see people here baking Pavlova. And also because I always see people eating Pavlova when I hoping people blogs. I guess that influence me to bake Pavlova and try the taste of it.

Now I know what’s the taste of Pavlova. I guess if i wanted to make it maybe i’ll try it again next year. It is because of it so much sugary taste. It’s so sweet dessert. And you have to eat it with cream and fruits so that it’s compliment with the sugary taste of Pavlova.

Ok, jadi saya share resepi Pavlova. It’s so-so easy to do.

4 eggs white
1 1/4 cups sugar (If you want less sugar just use 1 cup)
1 teaspoon of vinegar
1 teaspoon of vanilla paste
1 tablespoon of cornflour

It’s actually depend on us on how to put on the top of the pavlova. The typical way is by topping it with cream and fruits. What I did, I topping the pavlova with cream mix with cream cheese and fruits, of course.

The way to do

Pukul white eggs dulu sampai berbuih sedikit (pukul in high speed)
Selepas itu masukkan sugar secara perlahan-lahan
Dalam masa yang sama, bolehlah combine vinegar, vanilla paste and cornflour kemudian masukkan ke dalam white eggs and sugar yang dipukul tadi.
Pukullah adunan itu sehingga nampak glossy.
Masukkan kat dalam oven dan dibakar selama 1jam setengah pada suhu 120′c atau sehingga berwarna coklet susu.

Tips
Pastikan bekas adunan untuk kembangkan gula dan white eggs adalah bersih. Jika tidak, adunan tersebut tidak kembang.
Pastikan Pavlova sejuk sepenuhnya didalam oven sebelum dikeluarkan.
